Fanua Malo
unbound, untied, untamed
Fanua Malo is a world beyond the one ruled by humans. The taint of capture has never soiled Fanua Malo soil, nor will it ever. Where it lies within the confines of time and space no one really knows. But it is here, and somehow the equine arrive to make it their own.
Within Fanua Malo there are the common lands, the places for equine to mingle, and then there are the terrains ruled by the Kings and Queens. The mountains, the meadows, and the forests. Each terrain type is ruled by a King/Queen -- for example: the Mountain King, the Meadow King and the Forest King. They demand the respect of the equine that live within their world, and they struggle to keep hold of their powerful position. The lands within these places all share the same terrain type, and yet they differ greatly according to the equine that rules them.
In Fanua Malo there are no set alliances (Light, Dark or Neutral). Each equine is an individual, with their own dreams and designs. They fight to survive in this wilderness, creating allies and enemies as they go. Some desire to become a terrain King/Queen, while others are content to build a herd and watch it flourish.
