How do you make splashes again?I heard that there white but I dont understand how to do that?Help?Yeah im trying to make a picture for my studio logo in a another place......

Umm, okay. You have JASC Paint Shop Pro, right?
Well what you do is have the normal brush and put it on a low density and use white and another color, like a blue or a green that is like the rest of the water. Then you can duplicate the layers and on the duplicated layer use guassian blur, like at 1 or 2, no higher. Hope that helps.
