Buckskin auds were perked forward as a white stallion approached the herd. She was a slave for this herd and always dreamed of being stolen. Just like a little kid dreaming of being a princess. But her dream was coming true. First the stallions were talking under their breaths so no one could here. Then a fight broke out. Carletta figured it was for the lead mare but she found out it was for her. The white stag came and nipped her haunches saying she was his. A surprised look lay ‘pon her cranium.
Craletta followed him into a farley large herd. There he put her with the others. Only months later she was stolen again. It turned into a regular routine. Stolen from here to there. But the last stallion that claimed her was a rather old stallion. He died after a month. From there she left. Traveling alone keeping away from others. She tried to figure out why she was always the one stolen, and why only one used her as a slave.
Her bodice was a dark buckskin. As it ran down her iron limbs it turned into black points. A thin dorsal stripe lay over her spine. A long heavy mane lay flat against her arched neck. Its colors were ebon and had buckskin streaks in them. Surely she was a gorgeous mare but that never came to her attention.
Carletta’s limbs carried her till she reached this new land. Other horses were in sight. She moved away from them into a corner area. She stood in the shade avoiding the hot sun. Many asked her alliance and her answer was ‘my alliance is the one of whoever claims me’ Most gave confused looks after that and she would say ‘ If a dark stallion claims me then I am dark’ She always thought it was funny how stallions could be so clueless.
Carletta pushed her memories behind and now studied the place she was in. The other ones here seemed to have a stallion with them and then they would leave. Finally she decided she was in an claiming grounds. She didn’t know if she was right but she thought it was a good guess. Carletta liked being free but missed a herd. She figured a stallion wouldn’t come anytime soon so she lay down.
Her black knees buckled beneath her as she dropped to the cold earth. She lowered her self slowly. Once in a position she rested her kissers on the earth as she went into a doze. Laying down in a new area was a definite thing you had to be careful of but Carletta wasn’t worried.

The clouds lay apone the land lie a soft blanket. The wind softly blew the mane of the Whie stallion standing ontop the hill and the clouds seemed to be acents in the sky.
The White stallion named Ash looked apone the land. He was all white and onehundered percent good. He looked down at the mares and stallions. All in groups he then saw a mare laying alone. He walked down the hill looking ahaed for he had done this many time.
When he got to the bottom of the hill he walked to the water and lowered his head and opened his kissers to drink. When he quenched his thirst he raised his head and started to walk towards the mare. He nickered to her to let her know that she was coming closer. After he had done he walked up to her and greeted her.
Hello my beautiful mare. My name is Ash. May I be blessed to know you name.
He arched his neck and tucked his foot under in a comfrotable posision. He had to look down to see her but he did mind he thought is was cute that she was laying there before her relaxed.

.i. watched all those from afar. I was never good enough for any mare. I was never able to find a mare to follow me into a new world. All the mares picked the more experianced, the older, wiser ones. Never the young ones. I wasn really that young, just hitting six turns of the spring moon. I didnt know what was wrong with me. I mean, I thought I would be chosen for I was open, wild, I could be what they wanted me to be. Yet why did I want to change for them? They would choose me for me, right? Not for other reasons. Was I kidding myself? I thought I was. No mare seemed to like me, and that was the end. I wished I had stayed at GF2, yet. I had lost my lands because I went and did a stupid, false move. I now came here in search of a new future, but I missed one, I missed Shylah. I missed my mate Daybreak, but she didnt want to come. So I said fine and turned. I hurt her I know I did, but I dont even know why she chose me. I mean, I was an outcast, betraying my father, loosing my lands, hurting others. What was I to do?
.i. let my pools scan the terrian, all these lucky mares going with good stallions. I bet most would never talk to there leaders, maye once a few weeks. Once or twice in Spring, oh I want a foal, ok, oh the foal is so beautiful! Gone, hes off with another mare doing the same thing. I stopped my foot, this wasnt right. I couldnt stand mares being treated this way. Everyone knew it was true! No one could deny it!
.i. let my pools fall upon a buckskin mare, she seemed lonely, an outcast as well? A shadow that disappeard when any appeared to speak. Maybe. I watched as she moved away from the others. She stood on her own, then layed down. I sighed, when I saw brujo go and awak her sleeping. I wasnt sure how she would react. Get mad? Yell at him? Haha I would laugh, what a dumb brujo, but I doubt that would happen. I had to see before she awoke to wonder over. No dont go, stay, there was no point, she would most likely choose that brujo, he seemed like he was a leader of a land, an older brujo to keep her safe. It made me sick, yet sad.

Carletta lifted her cranium off the ground to see a white stallion standing by her. She lifted her bodice with ease. She gave a quick shake releasing the dust that lay 'pon her bucksking coat. Her auds perked forward before she spoke. She barely heard him but got the words he spoke.
I would be Carletta.
She glanced around and saw another stallion, she turned her attention away not wanting to be rude to the white stallion. But her orbs couldn't help but sneak some looks at the stallion that stayed away. She studied the stallion that stood in front of her as she waited for him to speak. It was rare for an all white stallion to be in the wild. He seemed to be light, maybe a little too light.

.i. didnt move an muscle. I just watched the mare and brujo. Darn he didnt get hurt, nor did he get yelled at. Why did I want pain to come to another brujo? Well because we brujos always hurt other mares. One way or another, they could or could not tell you, but you hurt them. I watched as she looked over. Auds flipped back as I turned away, I wasnt trying to be rude, but maybe she didnt like me staring. I wondered what would she say if a young idiotic colt came up to here and spoke, asked her to join him to find a home and live on, happy? I could only wonder. I bet if I dared try she would turn and walk away with the other brujo. Gosh why did I put myself down like this?
.i. sighed and turned my dial held almost parrellel with my body. I was going to try, but I knew I would just get hurt. Orbs stayed focused on the other brujo, then looking at the mare I stopped. Dial lowered a bit more then came back up. I wasnt much of a talker these days, my last home had just stabbed me in the heart, killing my spirit, I still wondered why I was light, more neutral really. Kryptonite. Miss Carletta.
.i. gave a quick glance at the other brujo. Just wanting to get a good look at my competition. I sighed, he seemed a bit older, was a leader maybe? Mares always chose to go with one who was a leader, but why? Most of them had a lead mare already. If you were to go with a brujo who didnt have a land, you would have a greater chance for lead and you could help choose the land! I didnt understand mares, they were another subject.

Carletta watched the the stallion appraoch and state his name. Two stallions were in front of her. But for what reason why. To be in there herd and treated like propertey or a trophy. Buckskin auds pinned to her skull but soon perked forward. She didn't know these stallions and she was already judging them. But all the stallions shes met in the past were the same.
Carletta gave a slight bow to Kryptonite as a greeting. She talked but her mind was one something else. Both stallions weren't dark and that was for sure. The one that aproached her first was light and seemed to have no bad in him. The other one was confusing. She threw her cranium waiting to see if either one would tak more.
