The stallion's pistons dug into the terrain as he flew over the sod of his terra, nostrils flared toward scents of intruders. He felt guilt for having been gone so long, but it appeared that all his terrain was still his. Not a single scent of an intruding stud filled the air.
His harks flicked forward. THe scents of all his loves was old. He doubted they had stayed around. Except perhaps Peaches, and Anadil..Maybe...but he couldn't be sure. He snorted as he dropped his dial and threw in a little buck, just happy to be home. Here, in Glistening Lake.
He whinnied loudly, calling any fems t hat had chosen to remain in his harem, despite his absense. He felt so horribly guilty. He snorted as he stood at the top of a very tall crest of cliff, sniffing the air, a small breath of wind raising his tassles.
He reared, squealing, again calling any who were in the terra, any that remained loyal to him. A twinge of doubt filled his heart. What right had he to summon mares to whom he had not been faithful? He snorted, an odd look in his orbs, and began pacing the hill, nervously waiting to see if any approached, glancing broodingly out across the terra every so often, every few turns.

Milly
A ways off, near the lake, lay the bod of the small mare who called Shalome her king. The breaths were rising evenly, in slow motion, the rythm of sleep. Since she had returned here, her son had grown up into a three year old stallion, and Shalome had remaind on a trip. She just wondered when he would return.
She had not been asleep long when she heard a long, loud whinny, that peirced ehr dreams and brought her out of her sleep. The whinny sounded familiar, but so diffrent at the same time. She scrambled to her feet. The grass was tall, and her head barley cleared the top of it, making it hard to see. Nothing was ut of the ordinary, save the sound of another peircing whinny.
She trotted along the lake and took a turn towards the sun, up the hills. She was upon one of the few barren hils when she saw the form of a stallion standing on one not far from her. She whickered a greeting before moving towards him.

The stallion whinnied joyfully and broke into a canter, seeming to float down the hill to greet her, banners streaming out behind him. He pranced around her, lifting his pistons high, showing off for his queen.
"M'love," he breathed soflty, breathing in her scent joyfully..
((OOC: Sorry..it sucks, but I gotta go help my mom..bbl))

(ooc//It's kk, mine isn't going to be world class either.) The dame stopped short was the familar whinny sounded again. She saw the stallion loping towards her, but she wasn't alarmed, because, once the sun had cleared from her vision, she saw that it was her love, shalome. She squealed and raced towards him, meeting him in the middle of the knoll. She giggled like a school girl once again as he showed off for her, just like he used to. She laughed jovially at his return. He'd been missing for too long now.
She nuzzled his leg and sighed, the tensenes, the fear, the worry, every=thing draining from her body, all she felt was heartfelt relife and deep abiding joy and love.

The stallion snorted, laying his maw across her whithers. "Milly," he murmured, breathing in her familiar scent. "I am sorry I have been gone," he murmured, lifting his dial, and starting to walk toward the lake where they could talk in peace. "Tell me," he said quietly as he walked quietly along. "Where is Anadil?" he asked quietly.
((OOC: Bleh. Sorry that took sooo long..hehe))
